The necklace has three pendants:
- a hand stamped sterling silver disc: choose a letter or design
- a 6mm Swarovski crystal pearl: choose color
- a Swarovski 6mm crystal channel drop: choose a birth month or color

The round disc charm is stamped with the letter or design of your choice. The charm measures about 9.5mm in diameter (3/8"), and is 20g thick sterling silver (solid, not plated). The edge of the disc can be hammered or left smooth (shown hammered), the impression have black ink applied or can be left plain.

The 6mm Swarovski pearl is lab-created and is available in many colors. The Swarovski bead is wire-wrapped on a ball-end pin with a small daisy spacer bead on top. The color can be specified to represent a birth month. The Swarovski crystal pearl colors are pictured, and described in detail below.

The Swarovski crystal drop can be specified to represent a birth month or favorite gemstone. The Swarovski birthstone crystals are pictured, and described in detail below. The 6mm channel setting is silver-plated or rhodium-plated brass.
