The disc charm is available in various diameters and can be personalized in virtually any way, with monogrammed initials, a single initial, names or dates and can be engraved on both sides.

MONOGRAMMING/PERSONALIZATION OPTIONS
- Single initials/names/dates can be engraved in many fonts (see second image for examples).
- Multiple initials can be monogrammed in either of the three styles/fonts pictured in the third image.

The standard 3 letter monogram format is:

First Name - LAST NAME/SURNAME - Middle name/Maiden name


IMPORTANT:
- For multiple initial monograms, please type the letters in the EXACT order/sequence as you wish them to be engraved.
For example: aHb or AHB (will be engraved in all uppercase)

HOW TO ORDER
During checkout, please leave me a note with your engraving specifications. Please be sure to sequence multiple initials in the correct order.
