This opal necklace features a solid opal pendant which is much more desirable and valuable than the doublets and triplets that most opal jewelry on the market today is made of. This is a natural earth mined opal. The pendant setting and 18" necklace are both made of solid sterling silver. We had the necklace appraised by a gemologist with the necklace.
