Please print this Sizing Tool (click). You have two choices with this tool. The first, please put your existing ring onto the circles and find your size. Alternatively, scissor out the measuring bar on the right of the paper and use it to measure your finger size. Please follow the instructions in the above PDF document. We recommend that you can use both two methods to make the result more accurate.

Either go to a professional or use the string trick. You don't want to play guessing games and end up having to return it several times to get it right. The ring should feel snug, but not too tight or two loose. Also, take into account, daily water weight fluctuation if you are measuring a finger yourself.
