This is a necklace made from a Sterling Silver disc measuring 32mm, with a heart laid on top which measures 18x15mm.

The heart can be stamped with any word that you like....Mum, Mummy, Nan, Nanny, Granny or Grandma are examples or you could also have something like Love, or Family.

The circle is stamped with the names of your choice, with hearts between each names. There is space for 32 characters which includes the hearts between the names.

It is finished with a cluster of swarovski crystal birthstones, to represent the names stamped on the necklace, and is hung on an 18'' sterling silver snake chain.
