This emerald ring contains a genuine earth mined emerald. The emerald displays an excellent colour and clarity. The emerald was mined in Colombia which is know for producing some of the finest emeralds in the world. The size 6.5 ring is made of solid sterling silver and can be resized by as much as 2 sizes The emerald was appraised prior to be set into the ring. The National Gemological Laboratory certificate describes the emerald as follows:
