For sale here is a solitaire pendant containing a genuine earth mined sapphire. Both the setting and 18" necklace are solid sterling silver. The pendant is brand new and was appraised by a GIA graduate gemologist on November 7th, 2014. The appraisal describes the item as follows:

~One faceted sapphire (fancy light pink corundum) estimated to weigh 0.90 carats

Measurements: surface 6.5mm by 5.3mm oval

Clarity: Type II, VS

Colour: Pale pink

Finish and symmetry: Good

Total weight: 2.8 grams
