This is a necklace made up of a 32mm and a 25mm Sterling Silver disc. The larger one is stamped with the phrase:
The love between a Nanny and her grandchildren is, and the heart is stamped with forever.
This can be changed to any other wording you like, for example Nanny and grandsons, Grandma and grandchildren, Mother and children, Mummy and Son.... or anything else you can think of!
The smaller disc is then stamped with the grandchildrens names. There is space for 25 characters although if you need more space than that please let us know as We can use a slightly larger disc if necessary.
It is finished with the swarovski crystal(s) of your choice, either a birthstone or just your favourite colours!
It is hung on an 18" sterling silver snake chain.
