For sale here is this fabulous pair of opal earrings. Each earring contains a natural earth mined opal. These are solid opals which are much more desirable and valuable than the doublets and triplets that most opal jewelry on the market today is made of. The opals in these earrings display excellent fire and flash with a dazzling range of colour play. The setting is made of solid sterling silver. We had the earrings appraised by an independent GIA graduate gemologist on May 6th, 2015. The earrings are described in the appraisal as follows:

"~Two cabochon cut opal solids estimated to weigh 10.98 carats combined

Measurements: surface 16.0mm by 12.0mm

Predominate play of colour: Lively green with pink

Patterning: Flash

Finish and symmetry: Very good
